Driving participation in the Cravens Art Prize
The Cravens Art Prize, now approaching its ninth year, not only culminates in one of Northumbria University Gallery’s most popular exhibitions but also helps boost the careers of many of the region’s most talented artists. A series of creative stories and features has helped generate a record number of entries from an ever growing pool of North East talent, from amateur to professional. It has also helped raise the profile of the competition sponsor, Cravens, and made the exhibition a must-see on the region’s arts calendar.
